Capitalism in conjunction with free markets has produced more prosperity, wealth, technological advancement, and longer & better quality lives than any other economic system in history. 

Candidates that choose to defend this fact and support limited taxation, limited government, and individual freedom against those who seek to overtax, over-regulate, and obstruct or block these time tested principles should and must be supported.

No person has ever gotten wealthy or happy by being dependent on a government program, the advocacy of an elected official that needs your dependence to get re-elected, or having the mindset they're a victim of some sort. 

As Rush Limbaugh told Paula Zahn in 1999: 

"Liberalism destroys individual lives, liberalism creates dependency on purpose, liberalism operates on the guise of wanting to help people but it actually condemns them to dependency. It is the opposite of compassion . . . there is nothing compassionate about liberalism. It hurts people, it harms them.

. . . I don't believe they care about people first . . .
This whole business of compassion defined as the government helping people, that's not compassion . . .  compassion is counting the number of people who no longer need government help. The number of people who have been properly educated to provide for themselves, to become self reliant, to reach their full potential as individuals, to enjoy the God given freedom this country offers them. That is denied to them under liberalism because they end up being dependent on government.

And look at how liberalism operates - it has to scare people."

As Tip O'Neil, "All politics is local". Starting with local elections we need to support candidates who advocate for returning to fundamentals and representing the people who live here and not those who don't, that are serious, smart, talented, and creative.
